Service warranty policy

1. Subjects of application
Electronic installation services (specified in the service price list posted on the website www.eworkee.com) provided by Eworkee's partner.


2. Warranty form
Service warranty provided through Eworkee application.


3. Warranty method
When being provided with electronic installation services (specified in the service price list posted on eworkee.com website) through Eworkee application, customers will be activated the automatic service warranty on the application.


4. Warranty
This is a completely free repair policy for services provided by Eworkee Corporation. This means that during the warranty period, the service on the application to be checked and repaired is within the scope of warranty and all costs are completely free.
Eworkee Corporation provides technical warranty for 60 days after product installation.


5. Warranty Terms
• Customers strictly comply with the instructions and advice on the use and protection of products and services.
• Customers strictly follow operational procedures of products and services. And there have not been any signs of voluntarily interfering with the technical items of the service.
• Technical error occurred due to subjective error from the mechanic side.
• The service is not in the case of warranty denial.

6. Terms of disclaimer of warranty
• Service expired warranty.
• The service that does not meet the needs of the Customer is a direct error from the Customer's usage.
• The service is not on Eworkee's order list.
• Error due to electrical products, not part of installation techniques.
• In the case of a problem beyond the scope of warranty, due to use error and causes from the Customer. Eworkee Joint Stock Company will contact the Mechanic Partner to advise timely remedial plans and support recovery in the shortest time.
