Register for an account for a customer
To register as a customer and use the services on eWorkee - Every Home's Worker, customers need to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Access to CHPlay or App Store app store to download eWorkee - Every House Worker and register for an account;
Step 2: Select "Login" to access the administrative account for the Customer and post service requests on the application;
The process of ordering services for customers Follow these steps:
Step 1: At the home page of the application, choose the service that the customer needs to use;
Step 2: Select the service to use and make a reservation;
Step 3: Enter order information (customer name, address, contact information, ...) and select additional supplies if any, then select the button "Order service" to go to the payment step;
Step 4: Select the appropriate form of payment and then move to step "Confirm customer information";
Step 5: Confirm order information and order service by selecting "Confirm and complete service order"
EWorkee system will automatically coordinate to send notice to the technicians within the area where the customer service order or closest to the request to serve you the fastest. If the partner accepts the order, he / she will contact the customer immediately to arrange time for installation, preparation of materials, construction tools;
Step 6: Keep track of the mechanic's appointment, working progress and pay the mechanic directly at the location where the service is requested in cash.
Step 7: Confirm payment and evaluate Workers.
