- Clamping copper tube

- Tools to flare pipes

- Vacuum cleaners and pressure gauges

- Wall drill

2. Components need to buy more

Components to install air-conditioners are essential for the operation of the machine, so you should ask professional technicians to advise on specific components to buy right and avoid wastage, the following are necessary components. when disconnecting strongly.

- Copper pipe for the Gas Inverter R410A Phi 6 with the thickness of 0.61 mm

- Copper pipe for the Gas Inverter R410A Phi 10 with the thickness of 0.61 mm

- Wire type 2 x 1.5mm

- Single wire

- Sewage pipes

- Gravure gene

- Insulation sleeve fabric

3. Choose the right installation location

Choosing the installation location is extremely important because this step determines the operating capacity of the machine. Structure and operating principle of indoor and outdoor units are different, so choosing the installation location of two indoor units also has its own way. The air conditioner needs to be located in places where the cold air from the exhaust circulates throughout the room, otherwise it will affect your family's health

4.Install the indoor unit

The indoor unit is the part installed inside the room to regulate the air. It is advisable to avoid installing in a place with sunlight or a place with a high temperature difference such as a door, or a window, because then it will seriously affect the operating capacity and power consumption of the air conditioner.

The air conditioner installed will have the airflow blowing along the room, so the wind should not blow horizontally or blow down, which makes the cold air in the room uneven.

Here are the steps to install the indoor unit, you can refer to:

Step 1: Install the indoor unit's bracket

- Use a water ruler to determine the position of the air conditioner rack, ensure that the air conditioner mounted on the wall is always balanced.

- Use a drill to fix the screw on the support.

Step 2: Connect to install indoor unit

- Open the electric box above

- Wiring inside

Step 3: Install copper wire and heat insulation

- After wiring is complete, fully install copper wires and water pipes and insulate the three indoor unit pipes.

- Copper wire wrapping must be done carefully and in the right technique so as not to cause cold evaporation.

Step 4: Install the indoor unit on the rack

5. Wire the copper wire from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit

Step 1: Break the wire pipe to fit the outdoor outdoor unit.

Step 2: Use a dedicated alkaline flared copper tube end to connect with the outer copper wire.

Step 3: Use a wrench to twist the two connecting points from the indoor unit to the copper wire outside.

6. Install the outdoor unit

The outdoor unit is installed outside the room, note that it is not placed in the center of the wall because it will be more noisy than the corner position. The outdoor unit mounting bracket must be sturdy, with good force. Should install the indoor unit higher than the outdoor unit so that the oil can be easily returned to the unit and prolong the life of the machine.

7. Vacuum when charging gas

- Use a pressure gauge to connect to a vacuum cleaner.

- Connect the other end to the vacuum cleaner to the outdoor unit's access line.

- Start the vacuum cleaner and let it suck out the remaining air in the tube
8.Test

After finishing the installation of the air conditioner, you proceed to check: the power source, the insulation measurement, the installation procedures are correct or not, then let the machine operate.

Supply power to the air-conditioner, set the mode and operate the machine, after the machine is operated, check the parameters: current, working voltage, working pressure .. check drainage pipe. If the water is flowing out according to the drainage pipe and the parameters match the capacity, the air conditioner operates normally.

Attention
- The flaring of copper pipes requires the use of specialized tools, proper techniques and matching terminals to ensure cold and gas leak.

- Avoid kinked flooded pipes causing water backflow to the floor. Do not let the outlet connect directly to the sewer pipe, if you do not want your home to be filled with odors and infection.

- If you live in an apartment close to the wall with a neighbor, you should install the outdoor unit a bit away from their door to avoid unnecessary conflicts due to noise!

- The installation of air-conditioning at home requires a lot of preparation of tools and components and requires high installation techniques. If you are a person who does not fully understand the operation of air-conditioning and is not skilled in the installation, it leads to countless difficulties, takes a lot of time and is unsafe for yourself. With the easy operation on the Eworkee app, 30 minutes later the Eworkee installer will show up and help you get the rest done, Eworkee - Every home's builder, for easy, relaxed life.
